You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Maryland PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required or must be obtained prior to start.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with geriatric populations, transfers, gait training, and restorative nursing programs preferred.
• Ability to follow plan of care and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Current immunizations and any facility-specific screenings required prior to start.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Work Days: Sunday through Saturday (VMS lists coverage across all days).
• Assignment Length: 14 weeks (client contract weeks).
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week (VMS guaranteed hours).
• Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the client network as needed.
