Milton Hershey School seeks compassionate Residential Youth Caregivers to support students’ daily home life at the Homestead campus. You’ll create a safe, nurturing environment, supervise routines, assist with homework, teach life skills, and encourage positive behavior. You will collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
