Associate Procurement Compliance Specialist

What to Expect The Tesla Procurement Compliance team is seeking an Associate Procurement Compliance Specialist to support critical compliance operations across North America's indirect and construction procurement organizations. This role is essential to ensuring audit readiness, risk mitigation, contract compliance, and regulatory adherence for high-value procurement activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Legal, Tax, Finance, HR, Construction, and Supply Chain tomaintaincompliance integrity across multiple sites and programs. Witha strong foundationin procurement processes and compliance frameworks, you will contribute to scalable, efficient, and compliant procurement operations. This role reports to the Procurement ComplianceManagerand requires a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
