This position is primarily remote, providing you the convenience and flexibility to complete your work from home while maintaining essential communication and support with clients and team members. Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients experiencing severe mental illness and emotional disorders, providing individual, group, and family therapy.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs, facilitating appropriate care plans and ensuring access to necessary services.

• Actively participate in crisis intervention, offering immediate support and guidance to those in need.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to create and implement integrated care plans, ensuring the holistic treatment of clients.

• Monitor treatment progress and outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing client needs.

• Facilitate timely and accurate documentation for client meetings, assessments, and care updates to ensure proper record keeping and compliance with state regulations.

• Contribute to quality improvement efforts by participating in committees and sharing insights from client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on serving a diverse range of clients, particularly those facing the dual challenges of major mental illness and substance use disorders. The target population includes individuals from various backgrounds, often linked by their experiences in under-resourced environments. As a Social Worker, you will need to be culturally sensitive and adept at building rapport with clients from diverse traditions, beliefs, and personal circumstances, fostering trust and encouraging open communication.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
