Overview Thriveworks is looking for Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in La Habra, California. The role offers a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians committing 30+ hours of availability per week. About The Role We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to our 175,000 clients nationwide. Qualifications Independently licensed and living in California (Licensed Psychologist – PsyD or PhD). Consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours of availability weekly. A behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children. Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress. Comfortable with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools. Team‑player who contributes positively to our clinical community. Compensation Up to $138,500 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. How We Support You We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, and provide paid orientation and training. You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
