Typical Responsibilities Work with individuals to develop career goals and objectives Teach individuals how to create customized resumes, fill out effective job applications, write cover letters, and prepare for interviews Engage with local businesses to develop potential job opportunities Coach and guide individuals at their job sites Ideal Candidate Desire to positively impact an individual's life Previous experience in high‑touch customer service environments Thrive being part of a collaborative team, yet can work independently Career Growth Opportunities Potential selection into our Management Training Program for people who have experience managing a small team or informal leadership in sports, clubs, or civic organizations Additional Requirements Valid driver’s license and comfortable traveling within your local community Monday–Friday daytime hours (flexibility offered for part‑time) with availability until 6pm (Monday–Thursday) to support our student services Comfortable using MS Office, documenting notes in an electronic system, and accessing apps on a mobile device Benefits Competitive salary and benefits with bonus opportunities Health and wellness programs Work/life balance Growth and development opportunities Pay: $20–$23 per hour Upon employment acceptance, candidates will be required to undergo a criminal background and motor vehicle check. #J-18808-Ljbffr
