Assembler - 2nd shift

Weekend Manufacturing Opportunity

Are you seeking a new job opportunity working on weekends with a widely respected company in Westfield, Indiana? We are looking for someone who will assemble, sew, train others, perform manufacturing tests, pack, and cut web for a variety of products according to specifications. The overall purpose is to contribute to the manufacturing process and support the organization's production goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble parts or products using hand tools, power tools, or machinery.
• Operate the necessary equipment and technology safely with the required PPE.
• Work alongside team members to meet daily production targets.
• Maintain clean and orderly conditions in warehouse and loading areas using the appropriate methods
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and audits
• Handle products appropriately from start to finish to deliver a quality good to customers

Qualifications & Skills Requirements

• Must have skills in Problem Solving, Product Awareness, Project/Program/Process Management
• Manufacturing/assembly line experience
• Attentive and engages with tasks

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product/ equipment 15-50 lbs. frequently
• Regularly stands, bends, and repetitive movements during work shift

Pay: $16.40 per hour

Location: Westfield, IN (Reliable transportation needed)

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5PM-3:30AM
