Controls Technician

Controls TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled Controls Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting automation and control systems, primarily within commercial HVAC and building automation environments.Key Responsibilities:Install, commission, and maintain building automation and HVAC control systems.Program and configure controllers, sensors, and field devices for optimal system performance.Calibrate instruments, sensors, and control components to ensure accurate operation.Diagnose and repair system faults using electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.Ensure all work meets company, industry, and safety standards.Document service activities, configuration settings, and any modifications performed.Qualifications:Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems.Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and control drawings.Experience with HVAC systems, building automation, or related control systems.Working knowledge of control programming, network communications, and device integration.Relevant certifications.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
