Responsibilities: Work one-on-one with clients, implementing behavioral plans and providing individualized support to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction Collaborate with clinical team members to develop and adjust treatment plans based on client progress Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and program implementation Communicate effectively with clients, families, and clinical team members to ensure seamless collaboration Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss client progress, share knowledge, and receive supervision Adhere to Yes ABA Therapy's policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of quality care and services About the Role: As an RBT at Yes ABA Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
