Job Description Brake & Alignment Technician Brake & Alignment Technicians are responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. Primary Responsibilities Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components testing and installing batteries dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components using equipment and miscellaneous hand toolsassisting other employees test driving vehicles operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary Experience Les Schwab offers opportunities for a variety of skills, and provides on-the job training for Brake & Alignment Technicians.
