POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for positive individuals to lead our food & beverage areas to provide quality service as well as consistent products. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Assist customers as needed with outstanding customer service to take orders for food, snacks, drinks, and treats Operate an electronic cash register and credit card machine Assist with food prep and cooking Keep all food service areas clean and neat Balance cash drawer at end of shift Handle any customer complaints Ensure all health and safety regulations are being followed Ability to lead and set example for other Team Members Open/close concession stands and ensure all procedures are followed Monitor quality control and maximize efficiency Other duties as assigned leadership MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to work nights/weekends/holidays Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons Minimum two years of customer service experience with general public preferred Prior experience in the food and beverage industry WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift 40 pounds May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time Facility has intermittent noise #J-18808-Ljbffr
