Brand Activation Manager, Spirits Anora Group is a leading Nordic wine and spirits company committed to sustainability and strong local craftsmanship. We produce, market, and distribute a wide portfolio of spirits, wines, and other alcoholic beverages, combining iconic Nordic brands such as Koskenkorva, Linie Aquavit, Gammel Opland, Vikingfjord, Gammel Dansk, and Hot n' Sweet with well-known international partner brands including Bacardi, Grey Goose, Jose Cuervo, Fireball, Underberg, Fernet Branca, and Disaronno, among many others. For our Spirits Division, we are now looking for a Brand Activation Manager to drive the commercial and operational success of Anora's brand portfolio in Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for translating global brand strategies, concepts, and guidelines into impactful local execution, ensuring strong brand performance while adapting to the needs of the Norwegian market. Working closely with Anora's Central and local Marketing team, international brand owners, and cross-functional colleagues, you will lead brand development, commercial planning, and market activation to maximize brand value, sales, and profitability. As a key member of Anora's Norwegian commercial organization, you will act as the link between Central and local Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and external partners, ensuring that our brands continue to grow and succeed in a highly competitive market. Your Key Responsibilities Develop, plan, and execute impactful brand activation campaigns across events, promotions, sponsorships, tastings, and experiential marketing. Create memorable brand experiences that engage target audiences and strengthen brand awareness and positioning. Identify relevant consumer arenas, festivals, trade fairs, industry events, and new opportunities within experiential marketing. Work closely with internal teams, Anora’s HoReCa sales team, producers, and brand partners to ensure strong and consistent brand presence. Represent the company and its brands at key events and build strong relationships with customers, partners, festivals, and other stakeholders. Coordinate external agencies, suppliers, and event partners, ensuring clear briefs, effective project management, and high-quality execution. Manage activation budgets, track KPIs, measure ROI, and use consumer and customer insights to improve future activities. Bring new and creative ideas to brand activation based on consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activity. Ensure all activations comply with brand guidelines, company policies, legal requirements, and quality standards.
