We're partnering with a well-established, global manufacturing company in the St. Cloud area to identify a Staff Accountant to join their growing finance team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an early-career accounting professional who wants broad exposure, strong mentorship, and a clear path for long-term growth.


This is more than a traditional accounting role-you'll be a key contributor to a collaborative finance team with visibility across the business and the opportunity to help improve processes, leverage technology, and make a real impact.
What you'll do:

• Support month-end close , including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and monthly reporting
• Partner cross-functionally with leaders across the business
• Assist with budgeting, audit support, and fixed asset accounting
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies
• Use tools like Excel, ERP systems, and AI/automation to work smarter and improve outcomes

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience is a plus)
• Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations
• Strong Excel skills; ERP experience preferred
• A continuous improvement mindset and comfort leveraging technology
• Someone who wants to grow their career , not just fill a role
