Please visit our website at Summary/objective As a Product Compliance Specialist , you will ensure that our commercial coffee machines meet international safety, quality, and environmental standards. Reporting to the Global Quality Manager, this position will play a key strategic role in supporting product development, managing certifications, and guiding teams through regulatory requirements in local, national, and global markets. This role will collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Sales, internal stakeholders, and regulatory affairs to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance & Certification: Monitor, interpret, and apply local, national, and international product safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Work with global certification bodies (e.g., CE/UL, NSF) to obtain and maintain business certifications. Coordinate compliance reviews. Ensure timely implementation of new regulatory requirements and maintain complete documentation and traceability. Conduct risk assessments for all products, existing and new. Collaborate with R&D to identify compliance gaps and recommend design or documentation improvements. Guide the product design phases to align with relevant global safety standards. Maintain consistent monitoring of regulatory changes and assess their impact on products. Cross‑Functional Training & Awareness: Deliver training to internal teams on compliance topics. Act as the internal expert for regulatory questions. Communicate regulatory updates and ensure awareness throughout the organization. Promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement Qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience in a product compliance, regulatory, or technical quality role. Strong attention to details. Ability to interpret engineering drawings. Direct experience with CE/UL, NSF, and food safety requirements. Effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Mercosur and/or FDA 21CFR.
