Profit-Sharing Programs Manager

The Profit-Sharing Programs Manager oversees the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of dealer profit-sharing and reinsurance program operations. This role ensures programs are administered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements while leading cross-functional coordination across program administration, field support, compliance analytics, and external partners. You will serve as a key point of accountability for operational performance, stakeholder coordination, and service delivery across internal teams, TPAs, agents, and dealer partners. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end dealer program operations, including onboarding, legal setup, cash flow processing, collateral oversight, runoff activities, commutations, buyouts, and other structural changes. Create and maintain SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards to ensure program activities are accurate, timely, controlled, and consistent. Support field teams and stakeholders by managing request intake, tracking, communication, service model effectiveness, and escalation of complex or high-visibility issues. Partner with analytics to monitor KPIs, strengthen compliance reporting, improve dashboards and tools, and turn insights into operational improvements. Manage relationships with TPAs, trust banks, accounting partners, investment advisors, and internal teams to align expectations, data accuracy, and timelines. Improve processes, workflows, documentation, controls, automation, and program enhancements to increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency. Hire, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team while promoting accountability, engagement, inclusion, talent development, and succession planning. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, marketing, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years of management experience Insurance accounting or financial analysis experience preferred Knowledge of reinsurance and profit-sharing structures, including CFC, NCFC, Retro, and related programs preferred Experience leading cross-functional teams across operations, analytics, and client services Strong understanding of cash flow, trust structures, and compliance requirements Ability to manage complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders Proven people management, coaching, and talent development skills Proficiency with Tableau, Excel, and o Why Join CNA At CNA, your work makes a difference. In District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $72,000 to $141,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
