- 8+ years of business and data analysis experience
- Strong SQL for data profiling and analysis
- Experience with ETL, data warehouses, and data marts
- Agile experience (Jira)
- Mortgage domain experience (required)
- Command-line and Python script execution experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions
- Support enterprise-wide data profiling, quality, and analytics initiatives
