We're not looking for a warm body to fill a desk.

Hillsboro Ford is a family-owned dealership, and we're hiring experienced, motivated Sales Reps who genuinely want to build a career not just clock in. If you're comfortable selling 15-25+ cars a month and want to actually get paid what you're worth for it, keep reading.

This isn't a " we'll take anyone " post. We're looking for a couple of the right people, not a room full of average ones.

If you're tired of getting more and more piled onto your plate every year while you somehow earn less and less, and you've been quietly looking for a store to move to this may be your sign.

Let's talk real numbers:

• Sell 20 cars in a month, you'll earn between $6,500 and $12,000.
• Sell 25 cars in a month, you'll earn between $10,000 and $16,000.
• Hit 30+, and it gets even better from there.

These are realistic, conservative ranges so you know what to expect once you're hitting your monthly goal. The upper end depends on your sales skills and how many finance products you sell, so a good to strong closer can push past these numbers. Either way, this is real, dependable money not a "maybe if the stars align" bonus structure.

• Less red tape after the sale. We still deliver every new Ford the right way, but Ford corporate doesn't bury our sales reps in a mountain of extra steps and checklists during delivery. You can focus on taking care of the customer, not chasing paperwork.

What we're looking for:

• A track record of consistent sales performance (previous automotive sales experience preferred).
• Someone who can comfortably sell 15-25+ vehicles a month.
• A professional who builds relationships and closes deals with integrity, not pressure.
• Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team, not just a number.
• Reliable, coachable, and driven to earn.
