OUR AGENCY is actively seeking a confident, motivated individual to join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative. If you have experience in insurance, especially in Property and Casualty, that's a plus. We're looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

In this role, you'll support clients, help market a wide range of insurance products and services, and play a key part in our customer experience. Whether you're already licensed or just starting, we provide the tools and training you need to succeed.

Entry-level candidates start at $35,000 per year, while those with 12 years of experience start at $55,000+ per year.

In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer commission and performance bonuses , giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings. Ex: Base monthly salary at 3,800.00, with our top earners earning an extra $ 5,000.00 a month in commissions..

Responsibilities

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Call prospective customers by operating telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists
Service Accounts in Commercial, Personal, and Life
Team building activities
Conduct needs-based insurance reviews and policy evaluations
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate client records (CRM management)
Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals
Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and coverage recommendations
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities

Requirements

An active Property & Casualty insurance license is a plus
Proficiency in multitasking , follow-through, and follow-up .
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Be capable of handling customer rejection.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Bilingual is a plus.
Must pass a background check
Must have a Valid Drivers License
