Private Equity–Backed Field Services Platform | Phoenix Preferred (Flexible) The Opportunity We are partnering with a private equity–backed field services platform to recruit a Vice President of Corporate Development to help drive the company’s next phase of growth. The business is highly acquisitive and actively evaluating multiple opportunities, with a strong pipeline expected to translate into near‑term LOIs and continued transaction activity. This is a hands‑on corporate development role for someone who wants to operate at the intersection of M&A, business development, and execution. The VP of Corporate Development will partner closely with the CEO and private equity sponsor to source and evaluate acquisitions, lead diligence efforts, support integration planning, and help drive strategic growth initiatives across the platform. The role is ideal for someone with a foundation in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development who wants to be closer to operators, execution, and long‑term value creation within a growing platform environment. Role Focus M&A & Deal Execution Help source, evaluate, and execute add‑on acquisitions across fragmented field services markets Develop relationships with founders, intermediaries, and buyside/sellside advisors to build actionable deal flow Lead financial analysis, target evaluation, valuation work, and diligence coordination Partner with executive leadership and the private equity sponsor to pressure‑test investment opportunities and strategic fit Support transaction execution from initial outreach through close Integration & Value Creation Assist with post‑close integration planning and execution to ensure operational alignment and value realization Help develop scalable integration playbooks and operating frameworks Partner cross‑functionally with operations, finance, and leadership teams to support enterprise growth initiatives Build reporting structures and pipeline visibility tools to improve accountability and execution rigor Strategic Leadership & Business Development Support broader growth initiatives and strategic planning efforts across the organization Help identify market expansion opportunities and strategic priorities tied to long‑term platform growth Operate as a key strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team in a fast‑paced, acquisition‑driven environment What We’re Looking For Experience in: Investment banking Transaction advisory or strategic finance Demonstrated experience leading or supporting M&A transactions end‑to‑end Strong business development instincts and relationship‑building capabilities Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and diligence capabilities Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate effectively in ambiguous, high‑growth environments Prior integration experience is a plus, but not required Experience within field services, industrials, business services, or other fragmented industries is helpful but not required Strong communication, organization, and execution skills with a high sense of ownership and urgency Location & Travel Phoenix preferred or willingness to spend significant time there Open on geography for the right candidate Travel expected as part of acquisition activity and integration support Why This Role Direct exposure to the CEO and private equity ownership group Opportunity to help shape and scale a rapidly growing acquisition platform Meaningful involvement across sourcing, execution, and operational integration High‑visibility role with real responsibility and influence Strong deal flow environment with expected transaction volume of 2–3+ acquisitions annually #J-18808-Ljbffr The RDI Group
