Senior Data & AI Consultant

Overview Du unterstützt unsere externe Kundschaft bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung moderner Datenplattformen, Dashboards und Reporting‑Lösungen. Dabei dokumentierst du Anforderungen, erarbeitest Lösungskonzepte und setzt sie gemeinsam mit der Kundschaft um. Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams zusammen, begleitest Ausschreibungen und stärkst unsere Position im Markt. Außerdem gestaltest du strategische Initiativen in den Bereichen Data, AI und Cloud und coachst Junior‑Mitarbeitende im Projektalltag. Responsibilities Beratung und Umsetzung über den gesamten Prozess – von der Anforderung bis zur Inbetriebnahme. Arbeit an Projekten an der Schnittstelle von Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence und AI. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Kundschaft und internen Teams, inklusive Mitarbeit an Ausschreibungen und Angebotsprozessen. Mitgestaltung strategischer Themen in Data, AI und Cloud. Coaching von Junior‑Mitarbeitenden. Umsetzung mit modernen Technologien wie Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, Python und SQL. Qualifications Abschluss (FH/Uni/ETH) in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik; alternativ Abschluss (Uni/FH) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit technischer Affinität. Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Beratung und Umsetzung für externe Geschäftskundschaft. Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SQL und Python; Erfahrung mit Datenplattformen wie Snowflake und Databricks. Praxis mit Public Cloud wie Azure, AWS und Google Cloud sowie im Umfeld Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence und Analytics. Branchenkenntnisse in Versicherung oder Banking sowie Erfahrung mit Finnova, Avaloq oder Syrius von Vorteil. Kommunikativ, strukturiert und umsetzungsorientiert. Freude an der Verbindung von Business und IT sowie an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit. Teamfähig, zuverlässig und eigenverantwortlich.
