- Coordinate class logistics, including scheduling attendees, preparing materials, and maintaining attendance records and evaluations.
- Deliver training courses as assigned, ensuring content is current and aligned with clinical standards and best practices.
- Maintain and update training materials and course content to reflect current practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational needs.
- Manage certification processes, including ordering, printing, and distributing CPR cards as required.
- Travel to branch locations to conduct training sessions, as needed.
- Review and validate certifications (e.g., CPR cards) to ensure compliance with employment and regulatory requirements.
- Provide feedback on training participants to support staffing and scheduling decisions.
- Serve as a resource to field staff, office staff, and clients by providing guidance, support, and recommendations as appropriate.
- Partner with internal departments to deliver specialized training, including advanced homecare instruction for nursing students and customer service or technical training for employees.
