Job Description

The Saw Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring saw equipment to cut materials to required specifications. This role ensures accurate measurements and high-quality cuts while following safety and production standards. The position requires attention to detail, basic machine operation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Saw Operator plays a key role in supporting production efficiency and maintaining product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Operate saw machinery to cut materials according to specifications
• Measure and inspect materials to ensure accuracy and quality standards
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and report issues as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as required

The base pay range for this position is $16.00–$17.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
