Industrial EngineerThis is an exciting job opportunity for you as an Industrial Engineer in Peachtree City, GA, with Signify.Your responsibilities will include:Working with the 3PL team and owned sites to produce best practices and ensure highest level of delivery lead times to our customers across our distribution centers (Canada, US and Northern Mexico)Verifying and ensuring data accuracy by performing time studies, process mapping, and incorporating other Lean tools to improve DC productivityOptimizing and maintaining site layouts to organize materials, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve labor efficiencyInvolvement in all facets of the system from ergonomic workstation design, analyzing operations, creating manufacturing standards, problem solving, and assisting with growth planning projects, along with creating visual dashboards at each siteUtilizing Industrial Engineering techniques, software tools, and Lean concepts such as value stream mapping, 5S, root cause analysis to increase DC output, improve processes, and optimize labor resourcesMore about you:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field from an accredited institution3+ years of direct Industrial engineering working in multi-site locationsExperience with developing and documenting proceduresAdvanced knowledge of warehouse operations, processes, and standardsProject Management experienceMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the futureSalary: $117,020- $171,600 USD Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 15%Benefits Overview: Company subsidized benefits plan offerings that include Medical, Health Savings Account, Dental, 401K retirement plan with company match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), Paid Time Off, including paid vacation, holidays/personal days, tuition reimbursement and products discounts.
