Job Description Educates patients, their families, and healthcare professionals in the use of the organization's products and services. Organizes and conducts classes and individual meetings to demonstrate how the organization's products and services contribute to the maintenance and improvement of health and/or the management of specific diseases and physical conditions. Prepares and distributes educational and instructional materials (e.g., booklets, promotional kits). May expand the patient pool through participation in referral and screening programs. Provides information and suggestions to sales and/or medical representatives and management on the results of educational programs, including comments and questions from patients and healthcare professionals. Qualifications include: Developed specialized skills or multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience. Ability to complete work with limited supervision. Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience. Ability to identify key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data. Taking a broad perspective to problems and spotting less obvious solutions. Requirements include a post-secondary certification or associate degree in an applicable discipline and 3-5 years of related experience. Additional Information Having healthcare reimbursement knowledge along with medical billing and collection experience is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
