Description

• Conduct evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments, crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
