Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.We are looking for a Senior Program Quality Engineer to join our Advanced Common Products Quality Team.This is an Onsite role in Tucson, Arizona.What You Will Do:Serve as a member of the Advanced Common Products Program Quality team, ensuring successful program performance, deliver conforming products/services through effective collaboration and compliance with processes and procedures.Closely interface with internal customers and key partners to establish effective relationships.Must have the ability to manage and impact across multiple levels of stakeholders, as it is vital to the success of this role.Responsible for developing and implementing strategic and tactical Mission Assurance plans that will closely affect the programs’ implementation and influence.Responsible for improving processes or systems using significant conceptualizing, reasoning, and interpretation skills. Problems and issues faced are numerous and undefined, and information is typically difficult to obtain.Assuring inclusion of quality requirements, planning, and consistency for program proposals.Monitor / lead root cause corrective action (RCCA) and FRACAS activities for systemic issues and to ensure extensive RCCA.Generate new Cost of Quality (CoQ) projects to reduce costs on the program.Support implementation of APQP as applicable.Qualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Engineering and/or ManufacturingWorking experience with Quality Management Systems, to include ISO 9001, AS9100 and/or AS9102.Experience leading teams in failure and root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions.Experience interpreting technical drawings.Working experience with technical data package review (TDP) and document repository.The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
