Responsibilities Site Manager will manage an on-site team to support the office service, shipping & receiving, mail and hospitality operations in the corporate facility. Additional duties include: Office Services - Copier maintenance - Key-op duties, paper stocking, supply procurement, troubleshooting equipment issues Corporate Hospitality - Including ownership of environment presentation of conference room facilities Shipping & Receiving - Maintain accurate records of mail and packages, utilize available package tracking technology to ensure chain of custody and accountability Communication - Maintain timely and effective written and oral communications with internal and external customer Administrative Tasks - Complete as assigned Reporting - Provide daily/weekly/monthly volume reports in accordance with established policy Training - Support and coordinate staff training and floater training Floater Coverage - Coordinate PTO coverage with Ops Manager Qualifications Ideal candidates must have excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills as well as hands-on experience using Microsoft Office. Prior experience in a corporate or law firm setting is a huge plus!
