Entry-Level Restoration Technician Full-Time | New Jersey $20–$25/hour + Overtime & On-Call Opportunities Northeast Power Dry is a 24/7 emergency restoration company helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, mold, and property damage emergencies. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who want to build a long-term career in a fast-paced, hands-on industry. No restoration experience? No problem. What You Can Expect Weekly pay Consistent overtime opportunities Typical work weeks include 40+ hours Paid training and certification support Opportunity for advancement and long-term career growth Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Company vehicle and equipment for eligible roles What You'll Do Respond to residential and commercial emergency service calls Perform water mitigation, mold remediation, demolition, and cleanup services Set up andmonitordrying equipment Remove damaged materials safely and efficiently Follow company procedures and safety guidelines Communicate professionally with customers and team members Support Crew Chiefs and other technicians on job sites Help ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards What We're Looking For Valid driver’s license required Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Comfortable working in physically demanding environments Ability to lift equipment and work in crawlspaces, attics, and confined spaces Willingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency response Positive attitude and ability to work well on a team Good communicationand customer service skill Preferred Experience (Not Required) Construction, demolition, restoration, plumbing, or carpentry experience General labor or physically demanding work experience IICRC certifications Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Paid training and certification support Since 1996, Northeast Power Dry has been committed to serving homeowners and businesses through exceptional restoration and reconstruction services.
