This Regional Banker‑Teller position is located in Westminster, Maryland. Job ID R227072 In‑Office Requirement PNC is an in‑office company. This role requires presence at the branch; no sponsorship for employment visas or participation in STEM OPT is provided. Responsibilities Manage the customer experience, identify opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement, positioning PNC solutions to generate new revenue and customer loyalty. Perform lobby engagement activities, educate customers on product and technology solutions, and identify referral opportunities. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems effectively and drive loyalty. Manage risk with adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrate sound judgment within established limits, and ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Managing Risk – Assess and manage risks to ensure compliance with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. A university degree is not required. 1+ year of related experience or product knowledge in banking or related field. Proficiency with banking products, digital awareness, effective communication, and problem‑solving skills. Knowledge of and adherence to consumer protection laws and regulations. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills Accountability, banking, client loyalty, customer experience (CX), customer service, identifying opportunities, leveraging technology, proactive sales. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $37,125.00 – $61,875.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
