Guest Experience Front Desk Agent

El Paso Courtyard Downtown-EPC is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in/out, and assist with pre-registration and reservations. You will learn and use the Front Office system for daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in charges and guest accounts. The role requires strong work ethic, teamwork, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences at a premier hotel.
