Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tests to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
• Ensure the accuracy and precision of lab results through meticulous testing and quality control procedures.
• Interpret test results and report findings to healthcare providers.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT), or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) through ASCP or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
