On Call Registered Nurse

Gentiva is seeking an On Call Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, clinically skilled home-based care to patients and families during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. In this role, you’ll perform timely patient assessments, manage symptoms, administer medications, and respond to urgent needs in the home setting. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, update care plans, educate patients and caregivers, and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
