The role involves scrubbing and circulating for cardiovascular surgical procedures, providing comprehensive care before, during, and after surgeries in a smaller hospital environment. This opportunity offers a unique summer assignment in the Colorado Rockies with an emphasis on utilizing advanced technology in a rapidly growing clinical setting. Job Details Position: Operating Room Open Heart Nurse (CVOR) Location: Colorado Shift Schedule: Days, 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week Certifications and Education Requirements: Current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact license for Colorado; BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association; 2 years of high-volume intraoperative RN CVOR experience. Responsibilities: Scrubbing and circulating in a hybrid cardiac catheterization laboratory, caring for cardiovascular patients throughout surgical procedures, utilizing advanced cardiovascular technologies, and supporting procedural teams. Additional Information: Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility. Applicants may need to register with Colorado agencies and ensure proper SS and DOB details in the system to prevent onboarding issues. No holiday guaranteed hours.
