Senior Project ManagerOffer ID:87114Job:Project Managers / Facility ManagementSchedule:Full-TimeCountry:United KingdomEquans is looking for a Senior Project Manager (PFI Hand Back) to join our team on the Central & Southwest business unit on a 24 month fixed term contract basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, car allowance and benefits package.As a Senior Project Manager, you will develop, track, and evaluate programmes to help achieve goals and objectives of the Central & Southwest business unit with regards to Centre of Best Practice PFI Handback. A Master’s degree is preferredAccreditation to relevant professional institute is preferred (IEng, MCIOB, RICS, etc)Demonstrable experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery in the Construction industry in complex environments within a PFI environmentCSCS Black CardNEBOSH General (construction)This role includes a DBS Enhanced with Barred Lists check therefore ability to pass is essential.Who are we?In the UK & Ireland, Equans is a provider of sustainable facilities management and regeneration, and cutting-edge energy and digital services.
