We’re hiring a Project Coordinator in Brownsville to support project schedules, documentation, and communication across the team. You’ll help colleagues stay informed, follow up on deadlines, and flag details that need attention before they affect delivery. What You’ll Coordinate Maintain schedules, task lists, and project trackers. Arrange meetings and record decisions and action items. Gather updates from colleagues, clients, and suppliers. Follow up on deadlines, missing information, and outstanding requests. Prepare progress summaries and organize project documents. Support resource arrangements, final checks, and handovers. Experience in administration, logistics, operations, events, or project support is helpful. You may have coordinated bookings, tracked orders, or helped organize a community activity. No specific degree or project management certification is required. Clear communication, dependable follow-through, attention to detail, and basic spreadsheet skills will help you succeed. Learn With Support Paid training and mentorship will introduce you to company systems, reporting procedures, and project coordination.
