Purchasing Coordinator - Rx (US)

Location: This role requires associates to be in‑office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work‑life balance. Hours: Monday‑Friday 9:00am-6:00pm The Purchasing Coordinator - RX assists in maintaining the inventory levels of infusion related medical products and supplies for multiple infusion centers and related pharmacies. How you'll make a difference Orders pharmaceutical medications and medical supplies for pharmacies and infusion centers. Utilizes inventory control programs and policies to achieve targeted inventory levels at multiple locations. Creates purchase orders and checks/maintains inventory levels for multiple locations. Minimum Requirements Requires a high school diploma/GED and a minimum of 2 years of purchasing and inventory control experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred skills, qualifications and experiences Bachelor’s degrees preferred. Experience with multi‑location purchasing is strongly preferred. IV Pharmacy Technician Certification is preferred. Experience with drug purchasing, specifically in hematology.
