Job Description Summary: The Quality Manager is responsible for development and implementation of quality systems and processes. This positionensures the quality team appropriately supports the operation and meets customer needs by implementing repeatable and measurable standards for all stakeholders. Essential Functions: Manage the Quality Management System to comply with ISO 9001 Quality Standards Responsible for coordinating calibration and recording of test devices. Responsible for maintaining and updating all controlled QMS documentation including but not limited to the Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, Records, etc. Initiate and lead root cause analysis for quality issues, and implement appropriate and sustainable corrective action. Improve product quality by completing product, company, system, and compliance audits; investigation of customer complaints; reviewing and analyzing returned product; collaborate with other managers to develop manufacturing and training methods based on quality data. Work with purchasing on establishing quality requirements with suppliers. Manage RMA process and material.
