Key Highlights:

• 96-120 hours monthly; 10 shifts of 12 hours each.

• Work schedule from 7 PM to 7 AM.

• Involvement in both routine and high-risk obstetric care.

About Our Organization:

Founded in 1916 by Dr. Walter Baker, a surgeon from South Bend, our clinic was inspired by a visit to the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Baker, along with five other specialists, established the clinic, which has since expanded to ten campuses, nearly 150 providers, and over twenty specialties. Despite this growth, we remain dedicated to patient-centered, physician-led care.
