Collaborating across multi-functional teams, you will design, develop, and optimize scalable and robust technical solutions across diverse platforms, including Salesforce and advanced backend systems. Your expertise, often integrating cutting-edge AI/ML capabilities, will streamline critical business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and unlock new data-driven insights, directly contributing to Cisco's strategic goals and global impact. Minimum QualificationsEducation and Core Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in software design, development, and delivery for web or cloud-based enterprise applications.Technical Expertise could be on any of these:Front-End: Advanced skills in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive UI/UX design.Back-End: Expertise in server-side languages (Java, Python, Node.js, or C#), API development (REST/GraphQL), database design (SQL/NoSQL), and scalable microservices architecture.Integration & Cloud Proficiency:Proven experience integrating with third-party systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), authentication (OAuth, JWT), and event-driven architectures.DevOps & Engineering Excellence:Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, automated testing, code reviews, and modern SDLC practices. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and monitoring tools is a plus.Agile Mindset & Communication:Experience working in Agile teams, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent English communication skills to collaborate effectively in global teams.Preferred QualificationsProven leadership in technical design, code quality, and architectural decisions on cross-functional projects. Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers is highly valued. Passion for ongoing professional development through certifications, experimentation, or community engagement. Eagerness to explore and apply new technologies.MuleSoft: Expertise in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions using MuleSoft tools (API Manager, Design Center, Runtime Manager, Flex Gateway) and proficiency in DataWeave for data transformation, REST/SOAP Webservices.Salesforce & Cloud Certifications:Salesforce Platform Developer/Administrator certifications, MuleSoft Developer/Architect, or equivalent cloud credentials (AWS, Azure, GCP).
