We're a fast-growing, nine-figure D2C brand with a loyal, high-retention subscriber base, and we're scaling our retention function to match our ambitions.We're hiring a Supply Chain Specialist to help drive the day-to-day execution of our growing supply chain operation. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you'll own the daily and weekly cadence of inventory planning, purchasing, production coordination, inventory reconciliation, and co-manufacturer execution.Our supply chain spans overseas ingredient suppliers, domestic co-manufacturers, freight partners, and 3PL warehouses. Your job is to keep the pieces moving accurately and on time—from ensuring materials are available for upcoming production runs to reconciling inventory and following up with suppliers.This is a hands-on individual contributor role with no direct reports. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by closing loops. You'll work closely with the Supply Chain Manager on priorities and supplier direction while owning the execution needed to keep our supply chain running smoothly.This role is fully remote, with a hybrid option available for candidates based in Austin, TX.
