Diagnoses and repairs hardware, operating systems, software, and connectivity issues for district technology devices. Provides technical support for administration, staff, teachers, and students through the district's Help Desk and Ticketing system, ensuring timely problem resolution. Supports district technology services such as email, Google Workspace, Student Information Systems (SIS), Cisco IP phones, Active Directory, and other software systems. Assists with maintaining the district's technology network, including network cabling, switches, access points and other network devices. Creates and updates network user accounts. Sets priorities, plans and meets deadlines while working independently or as part of a team. Performs any other tasks or projects as assigned by the Technology Coordinator and/or designee.
