Sanford Health, a leading rural health system in the United States, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care in a home setting. Work Shift: 8 Hours – Day Shifts (United States). Salary Range: $35.00 - $48.00 per hour. Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver individualized care to patients/residents. Collaborate with patients/residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Provide preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients in the home setting. Coordinate care, assess patients/residents, educate them, and carry out various nursing interventions. Serve as charge nurse when required and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel in accordance with job descriptions and competence. Ensure safe, reliable administration of care and resolve care and service concerns. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA); Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least one year of experience in long‑term care, sub‑acute care, or medical/surgical settings preferred. Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; multistate licensure in an NLC state accepted. Obtains and maintains required certifications, CEU, and competency training.
