Full Charge Bookkeeper
Location: Little Ferry, NJ (OnSite)
Salary: $70,000-$75,000

A wellestablished company located in Little Ferry, NJ is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage daytoday accounting operations. This is a handson, onsite role ideal for someone comfortable owning the books from A to Z.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle fullcycle bookkeeping including AP, AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations
  
• Prepare and post journal entries; maintain the general ledger
  
• Manage monthend and yearend close processes
  
• Prepare financial statements and internal reporting
  
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  
• Maintain accurate records and support audits as needed
  
• Partner with ownership or management on financial questions
  

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similarly comprehensive role
  
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles
  
• Experience with accounting software and Excel
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
