What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care in the operating room for various surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams, including hybrid OR and specialty cases such as neuro, ortho, and robotics
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols
• Assist with pre-operative preparations and post-operative patient care
• Support emergency team assignments if required during unexpected events
• Maintain detailed documentation of procedures and patient status

What You Need

• Current RN license in Louisiana or compact state
• Epic electronic medical record experience
• At least 3 years of perioperative surgical RN experience
• Strong knowledge of surgical protocols and sterile techniques
• Flexibility to work 3x12-hour day shifts
• Willingness to work during designated holidays (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
• Ability to stay at the facility during emergency team assignments if necessary
