Role Overview: Seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and develop scalable LLM and NLP solutions for high-volume customer interactions, including voice AI, conversational AI, and agentic AI workflows.

Required Skills:

• Strong Python proficiency
• NLP: Text Classification and Clustering
• SQL and Data Analysis
• LLMs: Prompt Engineering, Evaluation Frameworks, and RAG

Preferred Skills:

• Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Orchestration
• LLMOps/MLOps in Production
• Cloud Experience
