The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates for Order Parts Picker on first shift currently in the Cincinnati area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement. Compensation/shift/benefits for an Order Parts Picker.

Hourly wage: $18/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday first shift 8 am-4:30pm

Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO

Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year

Responsibilities of an Order Parts Picker:

• Package and prepare fencing materials (wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, steel) for installation crews.
• Be able to tell the basic differences between bolts and screws and feel comfortable with tape measures.
• Can quality check and spot the difference between a 2 in screw and a 3.5 in screw.
• Maintain accurate inventory, receive and verify deliveries, and prepare orders based on work schedules.
• Keep the yard and shop organized, clean, and safe while following all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, crew members, and clients; report safety hazards or project concerns promptly.

Requirements for Yard Crew:

• Prior experience in construction yard, warehouse or fencing preferred
• Ability to lift between 50-80 pounds
• Ability to keep up with a fast pace changing environment
• Ability to remain in good attendance standing
