Order Parts Picker

The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates for Order Parts Picker on first shift currently in the Cincinnati area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement. Compensation/shift/benefits for an Order Parts Picker.

Hourly wage: $18/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday first shift 8 am-4:30pm

Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO

Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year

Responsibilities of an Order Parts Picker:

Package and prepare fencing materials (wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, steel) for installation crews.
Be able to tell the basic differences between bolts and screws and feel comfortable with tape measures.
Can quality check and spot the difference between a 2 in screw and a 3.5 in screw.
Maintain accurate inventory, receive and verify deliveries, and prepare orders based on work schedules.
Keep the yard and shop organized, clean, and safe while following all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, crew members, and clients; report safety hazards or project concerns promptly.

Requirements for Yard Crew:

Prior experience in construction yard, warehouse or fencing preferred
Ability to lift between 50-80 pounds
Ability to keep up with a fast pace changing environment
Ability to remain in good attendance standing

Come to 4801 Montgomery Road Cincinnati, OH between 8 am – 5 pm Monday thru Friday. Walk ins welcome!
