As a DPT on our team, you will: Evaluate and assess patients to determine therapy needs Develop and modify individualized treatment plans Perform initial evaluations for newly referred patients Provide ongoing re-evaluations and adjust care plans as needed Supervise and train PTAs and other support staff Ensure accurate and timely documentation of therapy services Participate in professional meetings and team collaboration You’ll have the autonomy to use your clinical judgment while being supported by an experienced and skilled team.
