Role Description The Seasonal Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Seattle, WA. In this position, the associate supports customers with product knowledge, demonstrations, and recommendations while delivering a welcoming, inclusive experience. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers, processing sales transactions, replenishing and merchandising product displays, and maintaining a clean, safe, and vibrant shop environment. The associate also helps promote Lush’s ethical and sustainable values, supports store events and campaigns, and collaborates with team members to meet sales and customer service goals. This role requires flexibility during peak seasonal periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications Customer service and retail sales skills, including engaging customers, building rapport, and supporting a positive in-store experience. Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) operation skills for accurate, efficient transaction processing. Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers and work effectively within a team. Product knowledge and demonstration skills, with the ability to learn about ingredients, uses, and benefits of Lush products. Visual merchandising and basic stocking/organization skills to maintain attractive displays and adequate inventory levels. Commitment to ethical, cruelty-free, and environmentally conscious practices aligned with Lush’s mission and values. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move products, and work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
