Junior Sales Representative, Media Sales and Marketing Support

Compensation: $60,000 base salary plus bonus, with $100,000 total earning potential Schedule: Hybrid, in the office 3 days a week for client meetings and strategy sessions, plus weekly field time on the Sunset Strip About the Company Our partner puts premium digital media where people actually look. They turn the lounges of LA’s top boutique hotels into curated media spaces, with 4K screens running stories across fashion, entertainment, culture, and travel. Their screens are featured in Hilton and Marriott properties, and they operate The Sunset Worl, a 64-foot full-motion 4K billboard at the entrance to Sunset Plaza that has carried campaigns for Louis Vuitton, Ferragamo, Meta, TikTok and more. They’re scaling nationwide and building the team to match. The Role You’ll support the sales team and help run the marketing engine behind The Sunset Worl billboard and the company’s hotel screen network. Day to day, that means building pipeline, keeping deals moving, keeping creative assets organized, and making sure partners are taken care of from first pitch through launch and beyond. This is a hands-on role for someone with media sales experience who is resourceful, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. What You’ll Do Sales and partnerships Drive business development: prospect brands and agencies, run outreach, and set meetings for the sales team Coordinate partner communications from pitch through campaign launch Manage ongoing agency and brand relationships after campaigns go live Join client meetings across the US Keep the pipeline and CRM accurate and up to date On the Strip Drive the Sunset Strip a couple of times a week to track which brands are on the boards and turn them into new leads Check live screens in person to confirm campaigns are running correctly and nothing off-brand or inappropriate is on display Capture photos and video of live campaigns for sales and marketing use Handle logistics for screen installs, content updates, and location readiness Marketing and creative support Support marketing across the company’s properties, including press, social, and campaign content Own the asset library: organize photos, video, and Photoshop and design files so any asset can be pulled in minutes Build and update sales decks, one-pagers, and partner materials Be the day-to-day support for the sales and marketing team Who You Are Prior experience as a media sales rep or account manager Polished, professional communicator, in writing and in the room Detail-oriented and highly organized; you can run multiple timelines at once and always know where the file is Comfortable in Photoshop or similar tools, and able to shoot clean photos and video on a phone Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams, agencies, and partners Based in Los Angeles with a car and a valid driver’s license, and able to work from the office 3 days a week Bonus: background in out-of-home, PR, digital media, or social media content Compensation and Benefits Bonus on every partnership you help close or support, plus incentives tied to company growth, for $100,000 total earning potential Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Sunset Worl
