Senior Associate, Digital Technology Finance

Responsibilities Support planning, forecasting, and financial reporting activities for digital technology functions and platforms. Aggregate data from technology partners to track and report on Digital product KPIs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely availability for performance monitoring and decision‑making. Assist with month‑end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, and cost allocations to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Partner with technology and finance teams to develop insights and support decision‑making through data analysis and reporting. Support efforts to improve financial processes, reporting quality, and controls across supported areas. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field (required). 2–4 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting, with exposure to forecasting, reporting, or close processes. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial data and multiple datasets. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally. Interest or experience supporting large organizations or technology‑related functions.
